baatplassen.no runs professional software (Invision) on a dedicated server that is not shared with other websites. We have never been exposed to hacking or had data leaked. We never send newsletters or other unsolicited e-mail to our members. We do not disclose members' email addresses or other personal content to outsiders. Your email address will never be shown, neither publicly nor to other members. Only two people, bliss x and Ingar, can see the database, e-mail addresses and IP addresses. We never read members' internal messages (IM). Like all web servers, the baatplassen server records and logs information about IP addresses, clicks etc. No personal information is stored beyond the e-mail address provided during registration. Account deletion can be done from the privacy page. NOTE: Deletion of an account cannot be reversed. All posts will afterwards look as if they were posted by "Guest member name", so you can possibly change the member name before requesting deletion.

Cookies: Invision forum uses cookies in the browser to remember login and certain forum settings. They contain no personal information. Google Analytics: Shows the activity on the website. Uses cookies, e.g. in order to determine the number of unique visitors. Contains no personal information. You should turn off third-party cookies. Procedure depends on browser. If you have not opted out of the display of third-party advertisements, the cookies of other third-party providers or third-party ad networks may also be used to display advertisements on the site. Do not post your email address, phone number or other personal information. Other members can contact you via internal message (IM).

Spam Defense
The IPS Spam Defense Service passes the email address and IP address of the registering member to the service to determine the likelihood a registering account is a spam source.
Invisible reCAPTCHA
This site uses a CAPTCHA to ensure humans are performing certain actions. The CAPTCHA provider may set a session cookie and get information about your internet browser and device accessing this website.
