og så nevner han W10 Upgrades (i disse tider igjen) og som på noen maskiner Win10 installasjoner kan ødelegge lisensen på maskinen ifm at OS'et av en eller annen merkelig grunn skifter/ forandrer litt på identiteten sin!!!!

the Dongle acts a "Portable System", one of the two instances you can use for each chart set during one year. There are no charts on the dongle, just the identification, the key.
If you have still one license to assign you can use the dongle for it.
Any combination of physical systems and dongles is doable - two PCs, one dongle + one PC, two dongles, one Android plus one dongle....
And about your W10 updates: if you run into a disaster we will always see what can be repaired if the license goes awry. Of course, if the updates happens while you are sailing, that's not that funny.
