Sailkurs around in Vestfold?

Hello again,

 

Does anyone know where can I take sailing courses around in Vestfold?

I wanted to join as a crew member in other boats, but I didn´t get much response, so fastest way to learn it´s paying for it rather than waiting for another summer

I assume most sailing schools close during summer vacations. This is probably also the reason why you have not heared back from any clubs. Perhaps you can rent a dingy somewhere and practise by yourself?

Thanks Faxen. Yes, that´s exactly what I´m looking for! But I have already texted them before seeing your post. I´m afraid that they´ll be in holidays and next courses will be in 2020

You might contact some local clubs to join as a crew member on the weekly regattas? Holmestrand has Wednesday regatta, but even they have vacation now. Starts i August. Stig, (not The Stig) the Leander of Holmestrand Seilforening is a nice guy. Google Holmestrand Seilforening and you will find contact details.

I've tried that option in Sandefjord seilforening, Larvik seilforening and Tønsberg seilforening, but I didn't get help from any of them.

 

I'll try also Holmestrand. ?
