When shipping to Norway, Ocean Chandlery ships all goods exclusive of UK taxes, but including 25% Norwegian VAT.
Some goods (primarily food and textiles such as clothing) may also be subject to customs duties when goods arrive in the destination country: these will be the customer's responsibility. In this case, when the goods pass through the customs checks, the couriers issue an invoice by email detailing what charges are due and including a link for online payment. Once payment has been made, they will release the goods for delivery.
