Jeg siterer svar fra Royal Purple i Texas, jeg har litt forkjærlighet til dette merket, og er svært nysjerrig på om jeg kan bruke deres oljer på DPH-drevet:

For the Volvo Penta DPH outdrive which I believe incorporates a wet clutch in the drive system, we recommend Royal Purple HPM 80W-90 (part #11687, quart bottle), which is an API-GL-4 and GL-5 gear lube. HPM Gear Lube does not include a limited slip differential friction modifier(LSD- FM):

On other outdrives that do not include a wet clutch system (as I am pretty sure the Volvo Penta DPH does), you can also use Royal Purple Max Gear 75W-90 (part #01300, quart bottle), since there would no negative impact from the included LSD-FM in a direct drive wet clutch less system.
