Mix Posted July 16, 2009 Share Posted July 16, 2009 The NMEA ports of the C/E-Series Multifunction Displays are not designed to simultaneously support 38400 BAUD AIS and 4800 BAUD NMEA 0183 protocols. Should you need to provide data to 4800 BAUD NMEA devices, it is recommended that Raymarine’s E85001 SeaTalk/PC/NMEA Interface Module be installed to bridge SeaTalk GPS, instrument, and navigational data for this equipment.
